When can I expect my Artwork to Arrive?
Once the order is placed, production begins. Please allow 7 to 14 days for custom printing and shipping.
How is artwork shipped?
Limited Collection Fine Art Photography is custom printed, wrapped, and packaged to avoid damage. It is shipped by UPS or FedEx. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you.
Can I have it shipped to the office or home?
Each Fine Art Limited Edition is a custom product packaged and shipped with a tracking number to your specific address. Please use care to ensure the correct address is on the order form. Returned packages with incorrect or mislabeled addresses require a shipping fee. We CAN NOT ship to P.O. Box.

Can I Return My Artwork?
Limited Collection Fine Art Photography is custom-made, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
Can I exchange my artwork for a different photograph?
Each Fine Art Limited Edition is custom produced to order. As such, we cannot change your artwork once the order is placed.
Can I cancel my artwork order?
All works are custom orders. Production of the purchased work(s) begins immediately after purchase, and shipment will occur as soon as possible after production is complete. As a result, the work cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded at any time. Once production has begun, any request to cancel an order or otherwise modify the produced image is not allowed. Due to our shipping and production timeline, produced and shipped work(s) are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
What happens if my package arrived damaged?
Our packaging has been designed to help minimize the potential for damage or breaking, but we can’t control what happens during transit. If your artwork package arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately by Email at visualhistoryart@gmail.com. We will happily replace it, but we’ll need a picture of the damage. Requests must be received within three days of delivery and must include a copy of the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage. Damaged artwork must be returned to us.
